Niamh made me feel comfortable and provided a jug of water for me before the start of the treatment The environment is calming and very clean The Myofascial Lift and Release treatment was quite different to anything I’ve had before but it was very good I would recommend going to Niamh 🙂

Niamh was wonderful - professional, skilled and caring. The treatment struck a wonderful balance between holistically calm and relaxing while still being high quality skincare. I loved the explanation of each product’s application, and which active ingredients were being used to achieve the effect - so much nicer than lying in silence but not to the point of detracting from the overall relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend.
