The treatment was adaptive to my skin and she even recommended products and we went through my normal skin routine and she recommended certain changes to products to address my concerns

Niamh made me feel comfortable and provided a jug of water for me before the start of the treatment The environment is calming and very clean The Myofascial Lift and Release treatment was quite different to anything I’ve had before but it was very good I would recommend going to Niamh 🙂
