Wow wow wow. I had an absolutely amazing experience having a facial and lymphatic drainage massage. The whole treatment was incredibly relaxing from start to finish.. I actually fell asleep, which never normally happens for me because I struggle to fully switch off. My brain thought of nothing. I feel leaner and less inflamed. I left feeling deeply relaxed and looked after. I would highly recommend.. Rebecca was my first ever lymph masseuse and safe to say it will now be a part of my health monthly maintenance. If you’re ever wondering if it’s worth it like I was…it is.

I had a first time facial today and I highly recommend! Stacey was very friendly and professional, she assessed my skin and we discussed my problem areas. The appointment didn’t feel rushed and I felt listened to. Stacey explained what I need to achieved my goals. I have a home care kit which I can’t wait to get started with. Visited the lovely Rebecca for a Carboxin oxygen facial, it left my skin glowing and smooth. I like to mix up different treatments every month so this was the first time I have had this treatment, I highly recommended it.

What a difference this week’s treatments have made to both my mental health and energy levels! I treated myself to a facial, massages, reiki and reflexologies (over a week) and am really feeling the benefits. Catherine is just amazing at what she does and is very reasonably priced. Also, she is such a lovely, kind hearted person. I’ve been a customer for a few years and every treatment has been blissful and so therapeutic. She has honesty made such a difference to my well being. I highly recommend Catherine and look forward to many more treatments and my reiki level 2 attunement very soon.
