First time visiting and I had Microneedling & dermaplaning with Michelle. She is such a lovely friendly woman she made me feel so welcome. The actual facials themselves were amazing she was so gentle while delivering effective results! Carnt wait to come back!!

Went in for a relaxing facial and I felt so amazingly relaxed. I also got a warm reception when I came, which is so nice. My facial was absolutely amazing from start to finish.. I had the most amazing Japanese Head Spa at Elements Day Spa. I also added the head, shoulder and facial massage into my booking for £15 which was definitely worth doing. It was so relaxing and I did find myself nodding off every so often 🤣 the salon was lovely, staff were fab and the spa room was so relaxing with spa music playing throughout my treatment. Thank you so much, I will 100% be back and have recommended you to all my friends already!! X

Today I had the Hollywood facial with Jessica. She made me feel relaxed and talked me through what she was doing. Also great knowledge of explaining to me what the facial is good for. I would definitely recommend and will definitely be having this facial in the future, my skin feels amazing and soft.
