I had the Express Facial with Nicola and it was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, she made me feel relaxed and completely at ease. Nicola was so professional and friendly, and she tailored the treatment perfectly to my skin. Even though it was a shorter facial, it felt so luxurious and my skin is glowing and refreshed. I left feeling calm, pampered, and already can’t wait to book again. Highly recommend Nicola!🤩🤩

First time visit - couldn’t be more pleased with my hair, I didn’t give Kacey much to go on with how I wanted my hair cut and she did amazing. Will be booking again, friendly, professional and great coffee. My daughter also had a restyle with Ella. Ella was fantastic on advice if layers would work. Ella managed to give the look of layers without putting layers in! My daughter is over the moon with her new style, just looks so elegant. Thank you both.

As always, Bev and her staff , gives a very good professional and personal service. I got great comments last night on my skin, 'glowing' and 'healthy' what my friends said. This salon, is gives Harley St, service at Newmarket prices, right on our door step, WONDERFUL. !

Not only does Maxine do the best lashes in Newmarket (and I've tried many), she is just the loveliest person to spend an hour of your time with. I'm never leaving. Thank you Max!

Another fantastic visit to Bute house! The fire and Ice facial was amazing!

Nothing beats a morning at Bute House on a wet and cold morning. Bev was wonderful as always, left with glowing skin from the best facial!

Another great visit to see Bev at Bute House for laser, as always she made me feel comfortable and at ease, she didn’t rush and done a 10/10 job. The hydra facial after was lovely and relaxing with visible results straight away.

I visited today for a Fire and Ice facial and Slimyonik session with Steph. Both treatments were exceptional, explained thoroughly and I left with my skin feeling soft, fresh and renewed. I had the lymphatic drainage Slimyonik while Steph was performing my facial and I found the whole experience very relaxing.

Emma was very welcoming, professional and has amazing healing hands. I had a back massage and facial and left feeling totally relaxed. Would definately reccomend.

Cannot recommend Emma highly enough. So professional and I could really see an improvement in my skin after this wonderful facial.
