I travelled from Liverpool to begin my skin journey with Sophie, and she did not disappoint! I booked without a consultation, which I was a little nervous. However, after a brief discussion Sophie said I had picked the right treatment to begin with. The room was relaxing and very clean! The warm heat pad on the bed was amazing! Naomi is so kind and very gentle. Least painful wax I’ve ever had done, took her time to make sure she’d covered everywhere. Lovely experience with a lovely person.

Kerrie has removed lots of skin tags and some age spots over two sessions. I was nervous about having them removed but Kerrie made me feel comfortable to go through with it, and I'm so glad I did. I will definitely return in the future.

Been going to Angela since earlier this year after trying a couple of places to get my eyebrows waxed. Angela has always done mine perfect, plus tried a few treatments such as Lash lift, Skin Boosters, Facial and the Sauna and they have always been amazing and like a nice little treat. Doesn't feel like a chore now to do a basic thing like getting my eyebrows waxed. Angela is extremely informative about every treatment and honest if you need it or not. Also, she is really friendly, so you get a good conversation each time!

I have just had my micro needling and profhilo. It was literally pain free , I’d heard some stories that were making me nervous and I was absolutely fine! Alisha’s technique is so gentle and she is so reassuring. I felt completely at ease and I’m looking forward to my follow up in 4 weeks. I was also advised on a skin care routine to suit me and was able to purchase the appropriate cleansing and skin care which makes life easier.
