The Japanese Head Spa & Facial with Kelly was actually heavenly. I don’t think I’ve been so relaxed! The care and detail taken throughout the whole experience was brilliant. I really appreciated the opportunity to brush and dry my hair at the end as someone with thick, long and prone to tangly hair!
