Wonderful therapy as always today. Had an adaption to my usual routine with a facial massage at the end using Gua Sha. Never been a fan of facials or massage in that area as they’ve all been a bit meh, but this has converted me. Completely different to anything before and I’m definitely glad I’ve booked in for a full facial soon. Cupping and massage as alway was excellent, just don’t know how I’m going to survive 23 days until my next 😭

I had the Brush & Bloom facial and the best way to describe it was “dreamy”. Emma took care to explain the treatment, and ask if I had any skin concerns. The treatment was wonderful, I’ve had many facials and none were as calming as this. My skin felt incredibly nourished and my mind clear.

My personal favourites are the facials and message, always delivered to a high standard and usually personalised to you. Afterwards l always feel a huge weight has been lifted, and I’m floating on the clouds.
