I've been going to Laura for brows for a while and she is just simply fabulous, I wouldn't go anywhere else. I recently had a facial with her and my skin feels so hydrated and is glowing, the extra techniques she uses for lymphatic drainage has made a difference too. I'm already booking in for my next one! I’ve finally managed to use my birthday voucher for a relaxing back, neck & shoulder massage followed by an age defence facial with Rachel. I’m looking forward to feeling rejuvenated and feeling so much better. Am following advice on rest and plenty of water to drink. So many thanks again xx

It was a treat to have an eyebrow refresh. Tania gets great results because she never rushes the preparation stage. She really is a perfectionist, while at the same time she listens and incorporates your wishes, style, etc. I'll be returning for a lip refresh soon and would love to have my eyes done one day. And I'm about to book a carbon facial!

Although I had a good facial, and likely to go back, there was confusion over payment. I was told £45, and the attached invoice, #3882, sent later was also for £45, but I was charged £61 at the outlet. There is a mis-match between website and online management and shop. But I will go back, as the service was very good
