Mr Time, was very professional, he got rid of all my knots and muscular aches and pains, I felt completely relaxed and at ease. He regularly checked in to see if the pressure was okay which I appreciated. Overall 10/10 his service was impeccable and the standards of the Thy Spa Bath is second to none, the fruit tea was very calming and relaxing and the staff were all very friendly and attentive. I had a wonderful relaxing manicure and pedicure with Alyona! I love how my nails looked so neat and beautiful after. I didn’t do any colour, just the basics but it was the best experience and result i had in Bath for ages. Alyona didn’t rush and made me feel looked after. Looking forward to my next visit and hopefully experiment with some colour next time!

Right in the centre of beautiful Bath sits a wonderful building that houses The Clinic. Lel & Leah have built up their business through their dedication to what they believe in and their hard work and commitment has truly paid off. From the moment you walk through the door the vibe is calm and relaxing. I have been coming to Lel for my treatments for a couple of years now, her understanding & professionalism is second to none, we talk through every session together so we both know what my end goal is. I have to travel to come to The Clinic but it is so worth it 💕

I recently had a facial at Brock Aesthetics, and as a man who had never had one before, Jane immediately put me at ease — She was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain every step so I knew exactly what to expect. The treatment itself was incredibly relaxing, and I was surprised at how comfortable I felt throughout the whole experience. The results were brilliant my skin looked clearer, smoother, and noticeably refreshed. The bed was so comfy I didn’t want to leave! I have already booked future appointments.
