I had such a great experience! The customer service was exceptional from start to finish, and everything was explained clearly, which made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. I had IV therapy and a facial with Therese and Sabina, and they were both so kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I loved my experience thanks to Negin. She was very kind and passionate about giving me the haircut I wanted. Having hair thinning issues for years and uneven haircut from before made me very unhappy with how they used to be and her work have made a huge difference on my confidence. I got the best experience the moment I walked in, I felt very welcomed and cared from nurse Therese! She made my two hours appointment feel so fast and the fact how gentle she was. I normally get allergy reactions from lash extensions, but with her I barely had any. Therese was very friendly and considerate of every single little thing.
