Katrina was so patient in answering my many questions before and during my session (which I absolutely enjoyed - especially the hot towel treatment). Compared to other facials I have had, I noticed a difference, even Geoff stated that my skin looked better (and he notices NOTHING). I look forward to returning to have Katrina perform her magic on another facial and special treatment. She recommended for me to consider needling, which I would never have thought of. This was my first time at Fourth Avenue and Ella was amazing! The facial was fantastic! She listened to everything and applied it during the appointment. Her technique was spot on and massage skills were phenomenal. I caught myself snoring from how relaxed I was. My skin also looks so fresh and plump. Can't wait for my next appointment!

I just finished my first treatment of morpheous 8. Stephanie was amazing. She explained everything in detail. She was excellent and calmed my fears. It went very well. Looking forward to a facial in a couple of weeks as well as booking my 2nd morpheous treatment after that. This is a great place to come. Everyone is wonderful and very knowledgeable!!

Absolutely obsessed with the new location, I’ve been making the drive from Scarborough to Hamilton for my lip filler needs for a few years now. I would never go anyway else because of the comfortability, knowledge, communication, and skill that Jacqueline provides.

Facial was excellent, face feels smoother & hydrated. Skin was exfoliated using dermaplaning.

Absolutely AMAZING!!!! I am so looking forward to my next appointment! Katrina is very knowledgeable, professional, skillful, and attentive. She does not hesitate to answer questions, provides information and suggestions, and is very thorough. I absolutely enjoyed my facial today. Appreciate the time involved and the spa environment is top notch.. very relaxing, friendly staff, and I highly recommend. I feel so rejuvenated and my hubby said my face is glowing...thank you Katrina!! The message for my neck and face that you performed today is hands down the Best!! All the best and see you soon!!

This was the best facial I’ve received, hands down! From start to finish I enjoyed every minute of it. I felt relaxed and well taken care of. I got the lactic acid peel and the next day my skin was glowing! And if that wasn’t enough…I also got a scalp massage during my facial that almost put me to sleep. Overall 10/10. Can’t wait to go back!
