Easy to find and tons of parking. Spa is beautiful, with a calming atmosphere. Helena is a master at her trade and the facial I had was thorough, meticulously performed and very relaxing. I have previously had massages, which were also exceptional. I have been many times before and will continue to go. Well worth the treat to yourself, regardless of the service.

Helena was professional but very friendly and lovely! The Eminence facial was outstanding and I will definitely be returning for regular maintenance! I have returned to Calgary after a long absence and am delighted to have found her!

Helena was very informative with all the products and was able to describe the sensation and result of Products she used. The spa was very comfortable and clean. The massage bed was very comfortable and Helena checked in offer for my level of comfort. Definitely starred in my phone as my go to spa when I come to Calgary.

My skin is absolutely glowing after my oxygen facial today. My aches and pains have eased after my massage today. My heart is full after feeling seen and heard by Helena today. She is amazing. She knows her how to make skin glow and aches go. She is also the kindest and most accepting person.

This is my second somatic session with Helena and I have nothing but great things to say...she was simply outstanding..you don't have to tell her your pain points..she is extremely skilled at reading your energy..what you're feeling and understanding what you need to let go of..its just been amazing...if you need help with Chakra cleansing..she is the one.
