I went in with an open mind not really knowing a lot about somatic healing or what to really expect. I get massages often and she was very good AND the facial was probably one of the most luxurious experiences of my life. The emotional release was palpable and it was a safe place to release what isn’t yours to carry. 10/10 I highly recommend and would do again. This is my second somatic session with Helena and I have nothing but great things to say...she was simply outstanding..you don't have to tell her your pain points..she is extremely skilled at reading your energy..what you're feeling and understanding what you need to let go of..its just been amazing...if you need help with Chakra cleansing..she is the one.
