I couldn’t be happier with my experience in the clinic and my treatment with Didem. She is truly one amazing woman! Her knowledge of the facial anatomy, products, where placement of product and procedure is recommended and needed goes above and beyond! Her passion for the art of beauty radiates from her energy and there is not one moment of feeling uncomfortable or nervous whilst in the clinic with her. I would never trust another with my face now that i have found Didem. Along with her work being faultless, Dee is one amazing woman who is so easy to spark up a great convo with.

All I have to say is WOW. My skin was glowing afterwards, and my skin has been so nice since the facial (I’m writing this review 3 days after). Krystal was an amazing therapist who talked me through all different kinds of facial and product ranges they offer and recommended a treatment best suited to my skin. I love how she reassured me that there is no pressure to do anything I didn’t feel comfortable doing. I felt so comfortable, & not pressured at all. A 10/10 service. I’ll be back for sure & will be recommending this place to anyone wanting a facial that targets skin concerns!

Literally the BEST facial experience I have ever had! Dj was so so so lovely and knowledgable with really fantastic communication! I had such a wonderful time, my skin feels amazing, Dj talked me through the whole process and we chatted as she worked her magic on my face! I will definitely be coming back here regardless of how far away I live. Value for money was also amazing?!! I feel so pampered and so well looked after. Davina was a gem! She had great customer service, she talked me thru what she was doing next and what to expect. Amazing facial treatment done by Didem, she genuinely wants to help my skin, super friendly and gentle. She did cleansing , microdermabrasion, peel and LED treatment. And ofcourse amazing customer service at reception Zeynep is the nicest person you’ll ever meet.
