I couldn’t be happier with my experience in the clinic and my treatment with Didem. She is truly one amazing woman! Her knowledge of the facial anatomy, products, where placement of product and procedure is recommended and needed goes above and beyond! Her passion for the art of beauty radiates from her energy and there is not one moment of feeling uncomfortable or nervous whilst in the clinic with her. I had a HIFU treatment at Eterna KosmoSpa and I’m genuinely thrilled with the results. My face and neck looked lifted immediately after just one session! All I have to say is WOW. My skin was glowing afterwards, and my skin has been so nice since the facial (I’m writing this review 3 days after). Krystal was an amazing therapist who talked me through all different kinds of facial and product ranges they offer and recommended a treatment best suited to my skin. I love how she reassured me that there is no pressure to do anything I didn’t feel comfortable doing. I felt so comfortable, & not pressured at all. A 10/10 service. I’ll be back for sure & will be recommending this place to anyone wanting a facial that targets skin concerns!

Literally the BEST facial experience I have ever had! Dj was so so so lovely and knowledgable with really fantastic communication!
