Such a beautiful experience from start to finish. I booked the 1-hour Focusing Massage with the Indian Head Massage & Hair Treatment, and it was exactly what I needed. The spa has such a peaceful, calming atmosphere, and my therapist (Palm is AMAZING!!) was absolutely wonderful. She listened to where I was holding tension and tailored the treatment perfectly. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed and genuinely looked after. Worth every cent, and I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Cairns! Thank you, Palm!

I am visiting Cairns for 2 weeks and was a walk in client wanting my lashes filled as I didn’t get to have them done before leaving Brisbane. I was greeted by a lovely girl by the name of Michelle and made a booking to have my lashes done with her on the following day. I was very impressed with everything about this salon. I laid in the most beautiful treatment room on the most comfortable beauty bed whilst having my lashes done, and was EXTREMELY happy with how my lashes looked upon completion of my appointment. This is a really fantastic salon - relaxing, pampering, expert, friendly and kind. The best way I can describe it is ethical luxe. If you are, like me, new to town and are not sure where to go for that little treat or indulgence and want to be treated like a princess don’t look any further. Faux fur blankets, warm bed to hop into after the ‘nasty’ treatment for the remainder, delicious elixirs and dainty little edible treats presented in a glass cloche post-treatment were some of the highlights. I am absolutely thrilled to find DJ. After a botched haircut 2 weeks ago l got to the stage that l could not put up with my hair 1 more day. After reading 4 hours of reviews l crossed my fingers and decided to make an appointment with DJ at Suede. It was 1am in the morning when l went to make an appointment. I couldn't believe it when he had an appointment for 4pm that day. It was meant to be. DJ is certainly a professional and knows his stuff. I have now found my new hairdresser in Cairns. Absolutely loved my experience at Suede Hair in Cairns! I got a fresh cut and they did an amazing job refreshing my blonde hair after it had gone a little yellow from the sun & swimming during my holiday. The colour looks bright and healthy again. On top of that, I got to hold the most adorable, well-behaved dog while they cut my hair — honestly the best bonus ever 🐶💛 Everything was perfect from start to finish. Best in Cairns is an understatement. Rosie as always exceeded my expectations 10x over I’ve been going to her since 2019 and she has never disappointed me. She is an absolute beautiful person inside and out and I’m also having the best conversations with her. She always makes me feel comfortable and 9x out of 10 I always end up falling asleep on her comfy lounge that she does her beautiful lashes on and she is so general 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻 love love love her so much 🌸🫶🏻❤️
