Exactly the experience I needed! I received the energy reset massage with Reiki and an extra reflexology for my feet. After walking the Camino, running, practicing yoga, and embarking on a sabbatical, I wasn’t sure there was a massage that could help me 😂 but this one did. The owners of this studio have thought of everything - from ambiance, to staffing, to the care and love they cultivate their business. Would visit regularly if I lived in Madrid. If you do, you should!

I had an amazing rejuvenating experience. My husband and I did the couples massage and we felt like new people afterwards. I also love that all oils etc are natural and locally sourced. We highly recommend ZenVida.

Me encantó mi experiencia en ZenVida. El trato fue excelente desde el primer momento y salí completamente relajada después del tratamiento. In Madrid for 3 days and wanted to get some R+R whilst also working out the knots in my back and flexibility in my legs. Elena provided a 90 minute treatment which worked on the areas I knew about as well as some excellent work on my left hip which has really helped my knee! I like a strong massage, otherwise what is the point and my expectations were exceeded. Currently getting ready to fly home and I can feel the benefit already as I haul my backpack through the airport. Thank you for making a difference.

I only booked it very last minute one hour before I show up, however I experienced the most professional and skillful massage experience. I like how they are attentive to customers needs and asked for massage pressure level and main goal to achieve. A wonderful experience for part of a holiday trip in Madrid city centre, highly recommend!!!!

As an American studying abroad in Madrid, I had a great experience here. Laura was excellent and communicated clearly throughout the appointment, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. I received both a deep tissue massage and a facial massage, and both were outstanding. The deep tissue massage was thorough and effective, while the facial massage was incredibly relaxing. Laura was professional, attentive, and highly skilled, and I left feeling refreshed and much better than when I arrived. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality massage experience.

This was my 5th visit to ZenVida. I’ve now tried the deluxe reflexology twice, deep tissue, Swedish massage and Thai massage. Every time has been amazing! I leave feeling so relaxed, calm and any muscle aches totally eased. This place truly is a sanctuary - the lovely tiles, fountains, Cordoba patio wall, the incredible smells, the soft Spanish guitar playing. And they are 100% the best massage therapists in Madrid! Can’t wait to try the other massages.
