Exactly the experience I needed! I received the energy reset massage with Reiki and an extra reflexology for my feet. After walking the Camino, running, practicing yoga, and embarking on a sabbatical, I wasn’t sure there was a massage that could help me 😂 but this one did. The owners of this studio have thought of everything - from ambiance, to staffing, to the care and love they cultivate their business. Would visit regularly if I lived in Madrid. If you do, you should!

Had an absolutely dreamlike experience here. I have visited many spas and this place is one of the most luxurious and relaxing experiences I’ve ever had. The therapists are incredible, the spa is so calm and cozy I didn’t want to leave! I had the reflexology ritual under a blanket in a big recliner chair and the experience was so amazing I decided to also have the Kobido face massage after. You can really feel your face has lifted it’s wonderful. I think my therapists name was May and she was incredibly professional and very skilled. The owners are lovely too. Thanks for a wonderful afternoon!

Me encantó mi experiencia en ZenVida. El trato fue excelente desde el primer momento y salí completamente relajada después del tratamiento. Además, estoy embarazada y me gustó mucho la profesionalidad y el cuidado con el que adaptaron el masaje, explicándome en todo momento qué podían hacer y qué no para garantizar mi bienestar y el del bebé. La experiencia fue de 5 estrellas: Jenni ha sido una persona muy especial, muy atenta, muy cercana. Constantemente se comunica contigo para conocer si estás cómoda, la presión etc. en mi caso, que me hice un deep Cleanse, fue muy notable el “before and after”, una limpieza facial y un masaje facial lifting sinceramente es una experiencia muy recomendable ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
