Louise was an absolute gem of a person. She was so nice and warm and treated my one year old with so much care. My baby had no problem sitting down with her first hair cut. It was a wonderful experience.

Amazing massage and facial! Very relaxing!

I love going to see Lou and Chloe at Se.rene. Always a warm welcome. Today's visit was to Chloe for a blemish buster facial. Interesting as Chloe explains what she's doing (coz she knows I'm nosey lol) and I've come away feeling relaxed with my skin feeling so much better.

Chloe is an absolute professional but at the same time warm and friendly. I almost floated out I was so relaxed. I love the full body massage combined with facial as it’s such a treat. I’d definitely recommend the treatment, Se.rene and Chloe. An oasis of calm hidden away. If you’ve found it, you’re lucky! 🍀

So I have just had literally top to toe treatments, the whole works! I had back, shoulder and neck and head massage. A facial, including arms and décolletage. I had a luxury pedicure and luxury manicure. Finally my eyebrows waxed. It was pure bliss and I am floating! Chloe was totally fabulous at all the treatments, so knowledgeable and professional but at the same time so kind and easy to talk with and put me totally at ease. 100% recommend

Lou is a wizard. Not only does she make me look lovely, I get a hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows plus a biscuit. The salon is like a little social club and I regularly get there early or stay beyond my appointment just to chat with Lou and Chloe, and the other customers. I come out of there with both my hair and my soul refreshed ❤️
