Staff are always warm and welcoming.I started with the infrared sauna which was the ideal way to start my session.I followed this with a massage and facial with Beth.The attention to what my body and face needed was impeccable and I left feeling fantastic. My first Deep Cleansing Facial and it was AMAZING! Yoko was incredibly attentive and she really understood my skin concerns. I have hormonal acne on my chin and jawline and this facial has really helped with those painful cysts. I will definitely be booking another facial soon!

I love Lena Wild, all the smells, music, atmosphere and overall the way Didi makes me feel. I would travel 3 hours for her give me a facial. She's that good. Xx
