I've never had a facial before so I didn't really know what to expect. I opted for the bespoke facial and I've come away learning so much about my skin (plus my skin looked beautiful after!) 🌷 Leah made me feel so welcomed and I honestly had one of the most relaxing experiences. This was our first visit to House of Envy but won't be the last - Victoria was wonderful with both of my boys who usually get their hair cut at home. She made them both feel so comfortable and relaxed, wasn't in a rush and made their first experience of a salon amazing. After having, an in-depth consultation and skin analysis l indulged in a deluxe facial, which was incredibly relaxing, luxurious, soothing and rejuvenating. I loved my neck and shoulder massage and felt extremely pampered. Leah was informative, knowledgeable and professional, demonstrating a love and passion for skincare. Came to Leah for a skin barrier reset facial🌿 was absolutely amazing, Leah is so knowledgeable about skin and has a 360 approach to her appointments . I recently had a facial that exceeded my expectations! Leah was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire treatment. From the initial consultation to the final touches, I was treated with care and attention. Leah took the time to explain everything she was doing, answered all my questions, and tailored the treatment to my specific skin concerns. The facial itself was incredibly relaxing, and I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. What truly impressed me was leah’s expertise and genuine passion for her work. Leah made me feel like I was in good hands.

Not only are facials with Leah the best, she’s also helped my confidence massively within myself and my skin💞could never recommend her enough!!

Have never had such a luxurious and educational experience with a facial before - was given an in depth skin analysis, the most relaxing neck and shoulder massage, and was informed on what was happening at every step of the facial. Learnt lots about my skin and Leah is so knowledgeable but really helps you to feel at ease. So much so, that I fell asleep multiple times during the facial which just shows how relaxing it is.
