I’ve been doing my lashes with Yolla K for 3 years now. From the first time I did my lashes, I never looked back. She’s professional, and passionate about what she does and knows what looks great for your face. I’ve never had an allergic reaction which is something I struggled with, with other lash techs. Whether you’re trying lashes for the first time or you want an experienced, reliable lash tech, Yolla is the technician worth trying. Gloria is amazing at waxing. Recommended some great products and have clear directions on how to use them. Seems to be working so far. The way she also looks is excellent by the way - her make up is not too much but just enough to make you go wow, you can see she takes her personal brand very seriously. Great experience overall

The fabulous Vanessa was my wax wizard once again – professional, lightning-fast, and armed with a killer sense of humour that had me giggling through the ahem less giggle-friendly moments. I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the fantastic service I received. I arrived a bit early. Lauren & Karabo kindly checked in with me to see if I was comfortable waiting. Noma was running a bit late as she was assisting a client. Karabo kept me informed & asked if I preferred to wait or have someone else assist me. I decided to wait. Noma, is incredibly gentle & made the waxing experience comfortable. Every single visit to the Pink Room is always greeted with warm smiles & friendly service. I truly appreciate the exemplary service that the team consistently provides.

Top tier service as always. I did the Dermablading with a light peel with Kgomotso. Kgomotso is very gentle on the skin and as she applied the products to the face, she let me know in time how the product will feel on the skin. Very present and attention to detail. I also had an aromatherapy massage with Khumo. Khumo communicated well with me throughout the massage. She also listens when you let her know on which parts to focus on during the massage. She also provided a little feedback after. I enjoyed my visit!!!
