She was highly professional, made me laugh a ton, and put me completely at ease. The appointment was super quick, and even though it was quite sore (as waxing usually is!), I honestly love the results. I am definitely going back and highly recommend her!

Great staff member. Great service. Excellent wax. Room is beautiful. The only thing I would change is that the therapist has a camera outside the glass doors so she can see if I am there. She didn't hear when I first knocked so I stood in the cold for a bit. I rattled on the door but it was locked. Not easy to get inside or let the therapist know I am there.

The most incredible experience the staff were so friendly, such a great welcoming atmosphere. I had a wax and the staff were so gentle and knowledgable. I would reccomend this to anyone.

Londi is definitely 10/10. As for the business 2/5. I wanted to wax in Cpt next week since i have a week to go but bcos am in Joburg, the app doesn’t give out of Province options. I could’ve waited until i get to Cpt to make an appointment and run the risk of no availability. Please fix this.
