This is what I love about RVD! I had a work deadline and forgot that it's long weekend soon. My nails looked hideously grown out and I knew the likelihood that I'm actually going to get an appointment was very slim. Regardless, I made contact and RVD made a plan to fit me in. I didn't have to hear, "oh sorry, we are fully booked" or "you should have made a booking earlier".
