It was my first appointment with Leigh and what a phenomenal service from the get go. From accommodating me with the change of time , professionalism and knowledge of skincare products and treatments to waxing techniques. Not to mention how super quick she is and you still leave walking out with pain free legs, no skin reactions, a hair , no wax residue . I had such an amazing experience with Olwethu for my face wax. She is truly warm, kind and so lovely. From the moment I lay down, she made me feel completely at ease and comfortable. What stood out the most was how she kept the conversation flowing the entire time. It honestly felt like a therapy session where I could talk, laugh and just be myself. Leilah made me feel super comfortable from the moment I arrived. The room was warm, calming, and so relaxing, which made the whole experience even better.
