I would of prefer also for next time to remove any hairs that aren’t part of my beared. Like the nose area and in between the eyebrows. In addition forehead. Usually they remove the hairs even if I get the carbon black mask. The little blade to remove hair follicles. For next time. Good job removing the black heads from my nose. I understand no one is perfect and that blackhead come and go. But Alexa did a good job removing the ones on my nose plus she double check. My face was glowing after wards. 👍🏻 Next time can we scan my face to see my progress. Thanks.

The second skincare specialist left some of the black mask on my nose and between my eyebrows after the carbon laser treatment. Both individuals who provided the skincare treatments were kind and in a good mood, unlike the receptionist who was there when I left after my treatment. I also appreciated how they paid attention to my comment about focusing on my nose, I thought they were blackheads, but it was actually hair and whiteheads. They were always explaining the treatments and what was being applied to my face.

Omg🥰I was able to scheduled a facial instantly without any hesitation in person at the woman’s expo convention. I loved every moment of my facial today, Ms.L was very patient very kind very knowledgeable and did an amazing job from start to finish. She also made me feel very comfortable great choice of music as well as good conversation. I was so nervous about the lasers, however I knew that would give me the best result. I had Letzy give me a facial and finished with the carbon laser. This laser treatment is the most gentle. It’s only been a hour and I can already see the result. My skin looks very clean, and the texture already looks better. I bought the monthly program. Can’t wait to see her next month. ;-)

Impressed. Clean. Attentive. I had a pre- test on my face and hand by Litzy to make sure I could tolerate the laser; I’m such a baby. I was very nervous because I have had laser in the past and it was painful. Litzy was really understanding and she knows lasers. I’ll be back after vacation.

I just had my second appointment with Reyna. On the service I had stem cell therapy done on my face and my neck. She always makes me feel very comfortable and is very detailed and thorough on what to expect before and after the treatment. I am so glad that I joined the annual membership.
