Amazing First Brazilian Wax Experience with Jaqui! I was honestly nervous going in for my first Brazilian wax, but Jaqui made the entire experience so much better than I expected. She was incredibly professional, warm, and made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I walked in. What I appreciated most was how she kept talking to me the whole time — the conversation was a great distraction and really helped ease any tension or discomfort. She explained everything as she went, made sure I was doing okay throughout, and kept a calm, friendly vibe the entire time. The process was quicker

Increíble experience from start to finish. They are so nice and accommodating. Offered me champagne and tea (I took tea but wanted champagne🤣) and an eye mask. Very professional and friendly. She was so meticulous with my nails. I came in with them looking a mess because several had broken and I had pulled some off. A couple of them were even too short. Zhansaya was able to fix them and make them look beautiful. The staff is super friendly and I love that they offer drinks and a nice foot massage. It’s definitely a relaxing experience!

I don’t know where to begin with how fantastic my experience was. Viktoriya (spelling?) was so welcoming, fun, and professional. I really enjoyed my conversation with her. The studio itself is gorgeous and right when you sit down for your appointment you’re offered a beverage and either a face or eye mask. They also gave me little booties so I could do the foot massage. The owner (I’m assuming) was so sweet and welcoming and when I left gave me a complimentary cuticle oil gift and a punch card. I loved loved loved my experience here and wish I lived here to be a regular. 10/10 recommend

I am speechless at how incredible this salon experience was! As soon as you walk in they offer you a foot massager, a selection of refreshments (tea, coffee, champagne) and a face mask/eye patches, all totally complementary!! As for the nail service, my manicurist removed my nasty acrylic (from a different salon) and gave me the most beautiful Russian manicure with hard gel, preserving the health of my natural nails and explaining each step, taking care of my cuticles, and giving me the perfect color and finish that I was looking for. Can’t recommend this salon enough, they are just amazing!!
