Nice staff got me in from the waitlist. Easy service, full Brazilian plus face and it was very gentle compared to other experiences I’ve had. I like this so much better than sugaring which has gotten too thick for me, it used to be more gentle like this wax is. I’ll be back!

One of the best waxes I’ve ever had! Star’s techniques for Brazilian waxing makes it hurt the least. Star goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and confident. This was my first time at her studio and I will definitely be coming back. I also had the vagacial post wax, which paired for the ultimate experience. This pairing helped my lady bits recover easier and she was able to make all those stubborn ingrown hairs disappear. She is not only down to earth but fabulous/knowledgeable about waxing. She gives you great education on post waxing to make the most of the waxing.

My Pumpkin Enzyme facial experience with Silvi was incredible! Everything!! From the double cleanse to the hydrating delicious smelling pumpkin mask, which was so relaxing and rejuvenating. The extraction portion really stood out to me; it felt symbolic, like releasing all the bad stuff I’ve been holding onto. I left feeling refreshed, cleansed, and glowing inside and out. What a way to bring on the beautiful fall weather. Highly recommend!

Star is honestly one of the most incredible wax estheticians I’ve ever met. She was super thorough in how she completed my brazilian. She even pulled up a chair to make sure she could get as many ingrowns out as possible. She also helped me understand what I can do to keep my area hydrated and happy. I had an express facial and brow tint with Julie. This was my first experience with this spa. I was really happy with the location, the cleanliness of the facility, and the professionalism of the staff. Julie did an amazing job! My face felt smooth and polished, and my brow tint was spot on perfect. Will definitely be back.

It was my first facial with Julie at Pasadena Beauty Spa and I’m so happy I tried her. Her technique with the facial massage, application of products and attention to my needs was terrific. The Spa is very clean and the room and bed were very soothing and comfortable. My face looked so glowy and plump and it felt amazing. Julie also waxed and tinted my eyebrows and shapes them back into looking full and beautiful. I’ll definitely return for another facial and more services and highly recommend this spa.
