Amazing experience all around! She was very knowledgeable in recommending the style and volume that would best suit my eyes & face. Made sure I was comfortable the entire time and offered great conversation! My lashes came out even better than I had imagined them.

After a disappointing experience yesterday, I returned to Lash Design and Maral and team completely turned things around. She was patient, kind, and took the time to explain what was happening with my lashes and how to fix them. She listened to my concerns, made me feel comfortable, and did an amazing job correcting them. The team was incredibly accommodating and professional. This level of customer care is exactly why I’ve been a longtime client and will continue coming back. Thank you, Maral - 10/10 recommend.

They do a great job. The pedicure is the best anywhere. However, I have an issue with the fresha gift card process. I use the website to book the reservation for the spa pedicure. It said the gift card was supplied. Then when I went to pay, it took over 10 minutes for that to pop up. It should be automatic.

Just had my 6 week touch up nanobrows with Sima. I have had my eyebrows microbladed a few times before but nothing has compared to the nanobrows Sima has done. She took her time and was extremely precise, overall did an excellent job and my eyebrows have never looked better.

Chair Hair Imports is truly an experience. I came from out of town and searched them online and I’m so happy I did. The environment of the salon was so inviting, beautiful, and the stylist really made the experience. I was able to get an appointment and the service was amazing. Will definitely keep them in mind and even visit next time I’m in Chicago because we’re besties now.

I had my lash and brow lamination done with Olha, and I’m absolutely in love with the results! She is very detail-oriented, and everything was done gently and professionally. My lashes look longer and have a beautiful curl , I don’t even need mascara anymore. My brows look very neat and have the perfect shape, while still looking natural. I’d also like to mention the atmosphere -very clean, calm, and comfortable. The results truly exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality work!
