New owner of long hair, my first time to a salon. It was very relaxed and friendly with Gabby, and I never would've guessed she was still training on men's styles. I've gotten compliments all week from both the coworkers I interact with daily and ones I've never held a full conversation with, my friends have praised the work she did, my fiancé declared it the best haircut I've ever had, and I'm more confident in my ability to properly care for my hair after talking through my concerns about growing it out during the entire process
