I love this hidden gem in downtown Haverhill. The salon is gorgeous so clean and the owner and stylist Alysha is so friendly and talented. She listen to what I wanted and she gave me some great advice on how to achieve the hair blending I am looking for. She is so dedicated and knowledgeable. I absolutely love my color she did on e today. I highly recommend this Salon, you be instant family and well taken care of. ❤️

I 100% recommend the facial. They offer packages that combine a facial and massage. I just did a facial to try it and I loved it. Kate was very informative, friendly, and helped me feel relaxed. The facial also came with a small upper body massage as well. It was amazing. I love coming here. I’m always excited for the service and happy to see the staff. 😄

I’ve had great experiences here in the past, which is why my most recent visit was disappointing. During the massage I was encouraged to try a manual “facelift,” but the service, cost, and added time weren’t clearly explained. It ended up adding $90 and extending my appointment by about 90 minutes. The treatment was very painful and I left with bruising under my chin and lingering soreness. Instead of feeling relaxed, I felt stressed and spent much of the added time wondering when it would end. I hope there can be clearer communication about optional add-on services moving forward.

It was incredible experience with Kate! She made me feel comfortable and relaxed during the facial lifting manual massage and the Lymphatic Drainage massage. I have been going to Anna‘s salon for over five years now and find it to be the best in the area. They are all very professional and very polite. It is the cleanest salon I’ve ever been in. They are very professional and do very good work they are all very talented people. I would highly recommend Anna‘s for that really great spa treatment. I would give it a five out of five.

I had a truly exceptional experience today. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and completely at ease. The space is beautifully designed, both inviting and serene. I was offered a drink and clearly informed of what to expect during my session, which added to my overall comfort. Blu's touch was nothing short of therapeutic, her technique immediately put me into a deeply relaxed state. The entire experience was outstanding, an easy 10/10. I highly recommend her lymphatic drainage face massage and will absolutely be booking again. I can see the contour in my face! Thank you.

Alysha was amazing and understanding. I had my daughter with me and she made it a comfortable environment for my daughter and myself in order to get my hair done. She does exactly what you request. When you ask for an inch that’s exactly what she gives. She trimmed an inch off my hair, layered it, and formed the front portion of my hair to my face. At the end of it all my hair came out beautiful. I’ll be definitely be back.
