Wonderful experience! From when I arrived, everything was top-notch. Warm welcoming, waiting room. Clear instructions clean rooms. Was highly interested in customizing the experience to my specific needs. She was super responsive throughout not just my direct request but also changes in body language. Was able to deep massage and stretching with light touch. My only difficulty was that the face hole was a bit small for my big face and that caused a little bit of discomfort, but the staff were really accommodating and adapted what they were doing to fit with . I will be back.

I was super late due to my own problems. I originally was going to be 10 minutes late but ended up being 20 minutes late. I had booked a massage and facial back to back. I was initially told I could cancel or shorten my massage as they were fully booked. I decided to do the shortened massage and they ended up doing a full hour and still were able to do my facial. It was a wonderful experience and I am so thankful they fit me in!

Ornella is consistently great. This is the fourth time, I believe, that she has cut and styled my hair. With each visit I like the cut and blow out more than I did on my previous visit. My hair poses challenges -it's thinning and very fine. With each visit she has less to work with and with each visit I walk out of the salon looking like I got a $300 cut and style. My hair always feels and looks healthier and thicker. Ornella is professional with a warm and welcoming personality. It is my pleasure to know her.
