Trainee was a bit rough for me, she had a runny nose majority of the appointment and also the sleeve of her jacket kept touching my face which I didn't like BUT the lashes turned out really nice so I bumped my rating up for that. So it wasn't all bad but not great either.

Betty is so comforting nd is good to distract with a decent conversation to take your mind off the painful bits of waxing however 110% well worth the price as she refuses for you to leave the room if there’s still a hair insight. best of all when she hits that nerve or in your opinion that hardest part of the treatment she’s very patient nd continues when you’re ready. overall if Betty wasn’t my first beautician to do a waxing service then i’d be traumatised if it wasn’t her looking after me. Trust the 5star rating guys !! ☺️🫶🏾

Tho is AMAZING! I get SNS on natural nails and this was my third salon to get them done and I will not go anywhere else! She understood that I still want to have my nails scratch. She has a great attention to detail ensuring lengths are even. Even if lower hutt isn't your area of Wellington, it is worth the drive!
