The lady did a great job of my brows and asked me first if I preferred threading or waxing and if I like them trimmed or not. I had then threaded and trimmed and they look great.

I came here as a very disappointed person with a horribly cut hair by another hairdresser. But I came out with the biggest smile on my face. Mirabel’s magic hands dolled me up really well. I love how my hair turned out. She is an amazing person, such lovely chat and she was very careful during every step, extremely cautious to make sure my hair doesn’t get damaged. Big thanks to her. Honestly the entire team at Kess is really awesome. They have lovely staff there😀

This was a relaxing facial thanks, lovely facial massage technique. I was just a little surprised at the end where it finished with just a wash off of the mask and then nothing. No final cream applied. Left my face feeling somewhat bare and raw. A very abrupt ending.

I had Grace provide my service. I had full face wax and thread. Wow she is amazing was fast, efficient and also made sure I was okay along the way. Because I normally see one of your other staff that works there I was nervous at first but she nailed the service so confident in another person to provide what I need. As always a wonderful experience but today I was served by Manpreet at Northlands mall . What a delight !!!. I was only there for eyebrows and upper lips but asked if I could get a quick face massage (very unusual) as I was feeling a lot tension around my forehead and Manpreet was so welcoming and did a stunning job with her magic hands. Today I tried the full face wax (including eyebrows) Santoshi looked after me so well, I have had the pleasure of getting eyebrows done before by her and she always let's you know what to expect. With this service I had Santoshi even said "just because I am doing this service for you, if you uncomfortable or hurts to much let me know im looking after you" just saying that made me relax. Nice work Santoshi I'll be back - high five kayra team

It was a comfortable experience specially for me as it is my first time to do waxing and threading. It was painful and hot but totally manageable. The fragrance and ambience of the room was so relaxing. And Pinky did an amazing job in doing my threading and waxing, she made me felt comfortable in my body as well. Thank you Pinky! She is literally the sweetest human in the world. No awkward silences up in here that’s for sure. She always does such a good job my face is now fabulous!

Had a great experience this morning getting my eyebrows threaded and upper lip threaded for the first time! The beautician was great and friendly, always asking me if I was okay with what she was doing and since I’ve never had my upper lip threaded she explained the difference between threading and waxing and I’ll never go back to waxing! After, I got some soothing gel and had a wee face massage to tie it all together. What a great start to my morning :) Thank you again :)
