Lauren is so knowledgeable and incredible at what she does. She has been so helpful, looking at all the factors that can contribute to skin health, not just what can be done in the salon. Everything is tailored to the individual. It's definitely not a case of picking an "off the shelf" facial and sending you on your way. I cannot thank her enough.

Victoria is amazing. I was booked for eyebrow wax but was suffering with a migraine. Victoria adjusted my appointment so that she could assist with the tension I was holding in my neck / jaw and scalp. Not only that she gave me advice on how to stretch once i got home. Her knowledge, care and professionalism are second to none. (Oh and I did get my eyebrows done too). Thankyou so much x
