Had hifu facial treatment with Cleo. Firstly I would say if you are looking for a relaxing treatment this is not it. Some parts of the treatment were uncomfortable and some people could even say a little painful. But Cleo checked on me throughout and offered to reduce the level if needed. The facial massage to end was great. My face feels a little tender the day after but I can already see tightening and am looking forward to my full results over the next 3 months

I booked for one treatment but Cleo felt another would meet my needs better so we went for that and I’m super pleased already - I need a second treatment in 2 weeks but my face looks refreshed already. Nina always does an amazing job with my brows and lip wax. She makes you feel so welcome from the moment you arrive, with a clean, warm and comfortable space. She really listens to what you want and clearly explains realistic options for your brows, which I really appreciate. The first time I visited, she even recommended a cheaper option as she could achieve the same look. She checks in throughout to make sure you’re comfortable and happy, especially with the colour and shape. Nina is so bubbly and always carries out patch tests to ensure your safety. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

Nina is the person to go to for natural lashes and brows! Being auburn, I had some bad past experiences of beauticians tinting my brows way too dark but Nina has done them perfectly, they’re not too harsh for my complexion and are so defined. Nina has a real talent for making sure the treatments suit your face, I also had a lash lift and it’s like magic! In the past I got put off LVL because the lashes were too curled and ended up looking short. However Nina has lengthened and gently curled the lashes beautifully. Couldn’t recommend more and will be returning to Nina!
