Nina is fantastic. I always feel at ease and in safe hands when Nina is doing my brows and lashes. She is precise and takes her time to make sure she gives her customers the perfect look, that is natural and beautiful. Nina has shaped my brows beautifully to frame my face and I won't let anyone else touch them. I would highly recommend Nina to anyone, who would like an expert to take care and look after them too. I had the Bio RePeal facial which included cleanse, exfoliate, hyaluronic sheet mask and face, neck and shoulder massage. Ice globes toned and tightened pores. The difference in the appearance of my skin after the treatment was noticeable; my skin looked fresher, refined and plumper and it was a lovely relaxing experience.

I booked for one treatment but Cleo felt another would meet my needs better so we went for that and I’m super pleased already - I need a second treatment in 2 weeks but my face looks refreshed already. Always take her advise and not been wrong yet. She is so knowledgeable and explains everything so clearly. Thank you. Highly recommended!!

Love visiting Jo for my Hollywood waxing! She is always professional, quick (but not so quick that you can’t catch your breath between strips) knowledgeable about aftercare and encouraging during the process as to where you need to place your hands. I will always go to Jo for this treatment! I highly recommend her for massages as well!

Had hifu facial treatment with Cleo. Firstly I would say if you are looking for a relaxing treatment this is not it. Some parts of the treatment were uncomfortable and some people could even say a little painful. But Cleo checked on me throughout and offered to reduce the level if needed. The facial massage to end was great. My face feels a little tender the day after but I can already see tightening and am looking forward to my full results over the next 3 months

Nina is the person to go to for natural lashes and brows! Being auburn, I had some bad past experiences of beauticians tinting my brows way too dark but Nina has done them perfectly, they’re not too harsh for my complexion and are so defined. Nina has a real talent for making sure the treatments suit your face, I also had a lash lift and it’s like magic! In the past I got put off LVL because the lashes were too curled and ended up looking short. However Nina has lengthened and gently curled the lashes beautifully. Couldn’t recommend more and will be returning to Nina!

Sarah was so lovely and made the me feel so at ease. This was my first wax and I am definitely going back! Absolutely amazing!

Nina is absolutely brilliant. I have really thick eyebrows and would either over pluck them or get them threaded which just ruined them. When I first saw Nina, she really took the time to map my brows and figure out the best shape and size for my face. Once they had grown out she was able to create brows that people are now envious of. They frame my face and make such a difference to how I look as well as the best confidence boost. She is able to match the tint to however dark or light my hair is to really make them look natural. I have and would reccomend Nina to anyone!
