Lucy, the owner, is absolutely lovely and really takes the time to make sure everything is just right. My brows look perfectly shaped and tinted, exactly how I wanted them. Nice relaxing facial and great jaw massage. To make their experience even better, it would have been nice to have a head massage and for the treatment to last the full 60 minutes. I was in and out of the salon in under 50 minutes but had booked a 60 minute facial. A head massage with the extra 10 minutes would have been fab, but the time I had was lovely 😊
