Honestly the most amazing and relaxing experience I’ve ever had during a facial. Everything that was done was related back to me including the benefits. I had my double chin treatment with Sadie, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. She was warm, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. She explained the treatment in detail, how it works, what to expect, and went through all of the aftercare instructions clearly, answering all of my questions. I felt well looked after throughout the entire appointment. I would highly recommend Sadie and will definitely be returning to the clinic for future treatments.

I just want to say what an absolute breath of fresh air it was to walk into this gorgeous salon. At first I couldnt find it and Mel said not to worry and came outside to wave to me. Im normally quite anxious, particularly at salons and with Mel my anxiety melted away immediately! She was the most fantastic lady, asked questions about me, not judgmental in the slightest.....not to mention the eyebrows! She properly measured my face to make sure they were symmetrical which Ive never had before! I then mentioned I would love to have my nails done and had been looking for somewhere....

My second visit to Jess, another relaxing and rejuvenating facial and head massage. Lovely cool surroundings in this hot weather, with mood music and lighting. Jess is professional and caring, as well as being easy to talk with and interested in her clients. I’ll be back!
