I recently went to Ainsley for my Botox doing. I didn’t feel nervous as I know Ainsley is a perfectionist in everything she does. She made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout. I wasn’t left with any swelling or bruising. It’s been nearly three weeks now and i am so happy with the final results. My skin looks fresh and healthy. People have asked me if I have had a facial. They have noticed I have had something done but not exactly what which is what I wanted. I didn’t want it to be too noticeable. I would highly recommend and I will definitely be having it done again. Had a planned Botox treatment on 13.8.26. From my initial enquiry of available treatments, to improve my tired appearance, Ainsley gave detailed info on each treatment would create my desired look. I completed the medical questionnaire and consent prior to the appointment day so felt well prepared! Was apprehensive on arrival! However, Ainsley being Ainsley was calm, compassionate and put me at ease by giving me opportunity to express my worries! Face mapping process and administration of Botox explained fully to ensure precise administration. All round fab experience! Thank you 😍

Dermaplaneing and facial is relatively new to me & Ainsley has explained it to me carefully, assessing my needs and really considering how best to support my needs. The treatment itself felt a bit strange and I was quite unsure however Ainsley is super- reassuring and throughout the whole treatment she always checks in on me to make sure I’m ok! I bought into the initial offer which was for multiple sessions and I’ve signed up now for another set as the results are great and I feel it is making a real difference not only to my skin confidence but also the overall look and feel of my skin.

I really enjoyed my facial with Ainsley, she took time to explain everything to me and discussed my needs before choosing the right product for me. Although this isn’t a spa treatment Ainsley made it relaxing and took care to make sure I was comfortable throughout. My skin looks great already and I’m looking forward to my next treatment.

10/10 service provided in a clean and spacious environment. Ellie is professional, friendly, hard working and nothing is ever too much for her! She is the best in the business at what she does. I visit regularly for brow lamination, waxing, pedicures, and BIAB overlay. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, Ellie even did all my treatments for my hen parties and wedding day! Not just my beauty therapist but a good friend too.

Every time I come to see Ainsley, I feel like I’m stepping into a safe, calm space where I can switch off and have some much-needed downtime. I always feel comfortable and at ease. Ainsley always explains exactly what she’s going to do before she does it, which really puts me at ease. I’m absolutely loving my skin, and even my husband commented that it looked amazing and was glowing!
