I had my first waxing appointment in just over 4 years today, and I was honestly quite nervous after a previous bad experience where I was left burnt, with wax everywhere and hair still remaining. My experience with Magda completely changed my perspective. She was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I arrived, taking the time to talk me through each step of the process. She regularly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and offered breaks if I needed them. Excellent service. Great hairdo. I am deaf and have middle ear implants, I cant hear anything without my processors and rely on lip reading. All staff made a real effort to face me when talking so I could read their lips. Also took great attention when working around the implant site, so they didnt hurt me. Well done to all. Magda is AMAZING! My first time having intimate waxing and already planning my next appointment. She talked me through the process, was very gentle and patient and was so lovely. I was so relaxed during my leg wax (not my first ever, but first with Magda) that we joked about having a quick nap. Her studio is beautiful, peaceful and most importantly; spotless. I felt completely at ease through my entire visit and will absolutely be returning in the future.

This was my second time with Sukhi, she did say fantastic job, first time I had classic lash extentions and she gave thorough advice on good upkeep. They lasted for weeks! This time I had LVL lashes + brow threading and tint and a Hollywood wax. Sukhi is very friendly and professional and pays meticulous attention to detail. So happy with my treatments, will definitely be back for more!

This was my first facial and whilst I've nothing to compare it to, Sydney was warm and welcoming and I had a thoroughly relaxing treatment. All products smelt beautiful, my skin felt baby soft and had it not been the middle of the day, I could have happily gone straight to sleep I felt so relaxed. New customer discount offered and loyalty card. Would happily recommend and will return.

Oh my goodness Sydney is the BEST beautician, massages are sublime and the waxing is genuinely the best . Incrediblely soft wax … yup.. it doesn’t hurt!!

The waxing service was quick, professional, and surprisingly comfortable. Magdalena made me feel completely at ease, and the results were flawless, smooth skin with hardly any discomfort. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend.
