I just don't know where to start, how do I put into words how amazing Clinic 103 Harpenden are. Today for the very first time I had my eyelashes lifted/tinted, wow simply amazing, Destiny, she absolutely works magic, she also done HDBrows on me and they also look amazing. I have had a facial done by Destiny before, it left me feeling wounderful and relaxed, her knowledge is second to none, she definitely has my vote every time. 100% recommend Clinic 103, professional, reasonably priced and extremely knowledgeable. Had a wax at KP Beauty and I couldn’t be happier! The salon was easy to find and had a lovely, clean and welcoming environment. The therapist was professional, talked me through the process, and regularly checked in to make sure I was comfortable throughout. It made the whole experience feel relaxed and reassuring. I’ll definitely be returning for another wax before my holiday in July – highly recommend!

J only has your best interests at heart. She is honest and open at all times. She suggests the best treatments that suit you and your skin. She is constantly searching for new products, concepts, systems and always expanding her knowledge - all of which provides the best customer support. I had laser treatment today to deal with my brown spots. J made it totally clear what to expect and how things might develop. She didn’t sugar coat it but made it realistic. Destiny is frighteningly talented. I genuinely can’t believe the difference. I feel like I’ve spent the last 20 years paying for perfectly acceptable eyebrows, only to finally realise what properly amazing brows actually look like. Destiny is in a completely different league. She somehow managed to make my brows look natural, lifted, polished and softer all at the same time. I swear they’ve taken years off my face. I walked out wondering whether she’d secretly performed minor cosmetic surgery while I was lying there.

Fantastic service from Stefy. Super thorough and professional. Explains everything very clearly and takes you through her recommendations and why. Stefy has a real eye for detail and made sure my ombré brows were completely perfect, right down to the last hair stroke. Stefi always does a great job. I've struggled with my eyebrows for years because they are faded and and thin but I have had permanent make up on my brows and a regular tint and tidy up with Stefi over the course of the last year and they are 100% better.
