All of the staff was warm, professional and welcoming. Shabnam did my upper lip and chin wax and brow threading and listened to my wants regarding the shape and fullness of my brows. The waxing was painless, and so done well. Janie did my ombre acrylics and they turned out amazing! She made to redo any ombre gel that looked see through on all nails before doing the topcoat, so my purple pink ombre nails would look ombre rather than stark two tone. She did beautiful hibiscus art on my nails. Shabnam and PK also recommended areas in London for me to visit during my pedicure.

Chloe is very professional and well knowledged about all her treatments which she offers. I have been using services from Micky since more than 7 years now. She has always been and still is absolutely fabulous. Her precision with body waxing is amazing, making sure I am fully comfortable with proper wax temperature check and no hair left after. I had a brow wax with Emma and I’m so happy with the result! Wish I’d done it ages ago - I’ve never had any beauty treatments on my face before and Emma was really lovely. I’ve had a patch test and I’ll be back for a brow tint in a few days

I had a new facial today with Daniela and it included all the regular facial treatments plus some lymphatic drainage and fascia work on my face, neck arms and hands. It was a great treatment and my skin feels really smooth and hydrated. Lovely treatment!

Very relaxing facial and excellent shoulder and face massage. Good natural products.

My experience with Vanessa was amazing! I got a facial, eyelash lift, eyebrow lamination, pedicure and Biab nails on my hands with a cute design. It is my wedding in a few days and she took the best care of me and she is definitely a perfectionist. If you are looking for an all rounder beautician I recommend Vanessa.
