All of the staff was warm, professional and welcoming. Shabnam did my upper lip and chin wax and brow threading and listened to my wants regarding the shape and fullness of my brows. The waxing was painless, and so done well. Janie did my ombre acrylics and they turned out amazing! She made to redo any ombre gel that looked see through on all nails before doing the topcoat, so my purple pink ombre nails would look ombre rather than stark two tone. She did beautiful hibiscus art on my nails. Shabnam and PK also recommended areas in London for me to visit during my pedicure.

Chloe is very professional and well knowledged about all her treatments which she offers. I had waxing and my first million dollar facial- I can’t get over how much better my skin feels already since having the million dollar facial. I have been using services from Micky since more than 7 years now. She has always been and still is absolutely fabulous. Her precision with body waxing is amazing, making sure I am fully comfortable with proper wax temperature check and no hair left after. I had a new facial today with Daniela and it included all the regular facial treatments plus some lymphatic drainage and fascia work on my face, neck arms and hands. It was a great treatment and my skin feels really smooth and hydrated. Lovely treatment!

All the staff are very professional and friendly. I had my nails done by Tom and he is great! I also had my eye brows tinted and lip wax and the colour is a perfect match. I am a returning customer for one year and continue do be so.

Fabulous experience at Pretty Woman - Jordan is so knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. She ran through everything I needed to know about lip fillers (what filler she uses, what she’ll do to get my desired result, the aftercare required, etc), I really felt cared for. My experience with Vanessa was amazing! I got a facial, eyelash lift, eyebrow lamination, pedicure and Biab nails on my hands with a cute design. It is my wedding in a few days and she took the best care of me and she is definitely a perfectionist. If you are looking for an all rounder beautician I recommend Vanessa.
