I had an hour facial; wow! I felt so relaxed from the minute I walked into the therapy room; the smell was so calming. Imogen went over my details and then I snuggled under the warm blanket and drifted away while she worked her amazing magic! I really didn’t know what to expect; I could have laid there until the morning! I floated home thoroughly relaxed and chilled! I honestly can’t recommend Imogen’s facials enough; she’s amazing! Excellent service as always. I travel from outside of Crawley to see Nicky.. I won't go or see anyone else for my beauty treatments. Nicky is always so obliging and accommodating even coming in on her day off to ensure I could have my treatments before going away.

Orchid Beauty salon is a clean and comfortable environment and Em provides a professional service with warm and friendly atmosphere. I had a full leg & extended bikini wax, a lip/chin and eyebrow wax and a luxury pedicure and I am very pleased with the excellent results. I’d recommend this salon and I’ll definitely return for further treatments.

I saw this salon advertised on instagram and the hydra facial looked impressive compared to ones I’d had before, I decided to give them a go and booked in for a hydra facial with Naila. Naila was lovely and spent time going through my skincare routine and advised on a more suitable facial for my skin type. I took Nailas advice and I’m so pleased I did, my skin feels and looks amazing, my skin was very dehydrated and dull and now it’s glowing. I highly recommend Naila and I’ll definitely be going back.😊
