I recently had an appointment with Emeera, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! She’s so friendly and chatty, which instantly makes you feel comfortable and relaxed throughout your appointment. Her beauty shed is absolutely gorgeous — clean, tidy, and beautifully set up. Emeera took the time to clearly explain each step of the process for my acrylic nails, waxing, and eyebrow tinting, including the products she used. I really appreciated that she ensured a patch test was done beforehand — it shows how professional and thorough she is. I absolutely love my Halloween-themed nails! 💅

Staff are polite and friendly , the salon was clean and welcoming. I had my brows and lashes done, Paige listened to my request and did a beautiful job. She was clean and efficient. No wax residue left on my face or random dye marks like other places. I Will be going again

I’ve been to many nail salons and have stayed with the same one for over five years now. However, I decided to try something different today and I can honestly say that it was the best experience I have ever had before. Chad was absolutely amazing, such a warm and friendly face with such talent. She even squeezed me in for french tips, when I only booked for a colour by mistake! Will be coming back again, without a doubt.

Charlie is fab she has been doing my lashes and waxing for over a year now and I wouldn't go anywhere else she's super friendly and amazing at what she does!

Exceptional service as always. I love how every visit the professionalism of girls is always up to the highest standard. I have been to other places around Cardiff and none of those places stands up to Posh Beauty and Academy. None of them scratches even the surface how everything is run. Being a business owner myself I know what it takes to run the business, provide exceptional service, offer the highest standard of service and yet keep the place tidy and everyone happy. The girls seem to have it all and I don’t want to go anywhere else. Ever. Thank you so much ladies!
