Kate is the best personal care professional I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. She is incredibly skilled across her many services, having received multiple of them, she is deeply knowledgeable about all skin types, especially for those with more complicated or sensitive skin, and she has a wonderful personality. Her training as a nurse gives her not only medical grade knowledge about how to service her clients, it’s clearly given her a wonderful bedside manner. I always always enjoy our chats during my appointment, and I am very lucky to have found her for all of my personal care needs.

It is always a great experience. Lauren is friendly and welcoming. If you do not work on the premises, allow an extra 15 minutes to find parking in the parking garage. I missed my first appointment because of that. Small price to pay for wonderful service.

I am honestly so happy with my lashes 😍✨ The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. It didn’t hurt at all, literally so comfortable I could’ve fallen asleep! She was so gentle, professional, and really took her time to make everything perfect. You can tell she knows exactly what she’s doing 💅 The results are beautiful, full, natural, and exactly what I wanted. I swear my lashes used to disappear for fun 😂 but Jem has completely turned that around. She’s so patient, always trying new ways to make them last—and they finally do! No one else ever put in that effort. Plus, every appointment is such a vibe—we’re always laughing, the music is spot on, and you basically get a therapy session too. Lash tech, therapist, DJ… she does it all 🤍🤍
