My experience at TBH has always been a positive one! The girls are so down to earth and welcoming, and never short of having a giggle with their customers - “beauty besties” is how I’d describe them! They’re online booking system is brilliant and rescheduling an appointment is just as simple! I also feel their booking terms are fair! Ive been for my lashes and tan and never had an issue, hoping to start my waxing and facial journeys with them in the not too distant future too! x

As always, an excellent experience. She works with great care and gentleness, which immediately puts you at ease. The place is calm, clean and very comfortable. I had a waxing session and everything was done perfectly, with real professionalism and attention to detail. A truly relaxing and reassuring experience. Highly recommended.

Such a lovely space to relax in, Jade is so welcoming. Had the best facial and feel refreshed, relaxed and my skin feels and looks amazing.

Such a lovely atmosphere! Everyone is so friendly and bubbly. Vicki did a fantastic job yet again. I no longer live in Bristol but i keep coming to this salon just for Vicky.

Jasmine made me feel more at ease about the wax despite me being quite nervous about it. She checked in regularly and adjusted the wax as we went along to my comfort level.

Loved my appointment for a lip eyebrow and chin wax felt so comfortable and not at all embarrassed which I usually do because of my pcso would recommend highly 😍😍😍

Really pleased with my eye brows, Niki was very professional with a very lovely work place. Talked me through each step and worked out what would be best for my face. Lots of advise given and after care. Would highly recommend! See you for my next appointment ❤️

Absolutely love my eyebrows!! they are looking much fuller and beautifully shaped, they really compliments my face! I would highly recommend Nix brow bar, she is amazing at what she does!!

Absolutely love this salon and all the staff! So welcoming and friendly. I had a wax done by Sophia and she is the fastest beautician I have ever been too. Quick and minimal pain (typical when you have thick hairs😂). I will be using this salon as my go to Salon from now on. Highly recommend anyone who’s started the waxing journey to try here! Booked for full leg wax with Sophia, all the girls at the salon are very welcoming. I've not been here before, Sophia is lovely, very polite, and chatty, I will deffo be booking more treatments.

Amazing service, super quick and efficient bikini wax! Extra credit for the kindness and help with my drenched clothes after I got caught in the pouring rain on my way there 🙃 Highly recommend!
