It’s always a warm and friendly welcome when you see Tracey. Today I had my first dermaplaning facial, I was pleasantly surprised. Tracey was very welcoming and also very accommodating. I took my partner along, who she also welcomed; he waited for me watching TV in her lounge. Tracey explained each treatment in detail and answered all my questions. She very was knowledgable with both her products, and the treatments. Tracey was easy to chat to and I really liked the warm bed! My eyelash tint procedure was extremely comfortable and I am delighted with the results. I also had micro planing on my face; she was very gentle and obviously an expert in her craft. Thank you Tracey, I will be back!

Hayley was very patient and took time to review the ingredients of the skincare products I am recently using to ensure that they would not cause side effects post laser treatment to remove my facial hair. Hayley also explained about the procedure of preparing for the laser treatment ensuring I am aware of the duration of the treatment and what it entails while ensuring that I do not move the googles and leave them covering my eyes. She spent some time adjusting the googles ensuring that they covered my eyes comfortably and securely.
