Great facial by Poojah. Perfect pressure for the massage. My only gripe is when you are left with a face mask on during a facial - as I was here. I wish all therapists would make better use of the time eg do a hand or arm or head massage for you. I can sit with a face mask on at home! Other than that, no complaints and will return.

I had my first waxing and eyebrow appointment with Preet, and she was absolutely amazing! She was so warm, friendly, and professional, and immediately helped put me at ease. Even though I've had waxing done many times before, I still get quite nervous, but Preet made me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Her technique was excellent, and it was one of the most painless waxing experiences I've ever had. She was very thorough and constantly made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Today was my first 30 minute session of electrolysis with Nilima, and I had the white hairs on my face done and I was very happy with the results. We had about 8 minutes left till the end of the session so Nilima decided to use that time to get some of the white hairs on the side of my head as I am also going to have electrolysis treatment done on my head. Thank you once again and I will see you for my 1 hour session on Thursday 🙏

I got my eyebrows done today and I’m honestly so happy with the result! It’s usually quite difficult for me to maintain a good shape, but this time it was done perfectly.
