From the minute I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease and really took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted. Shauna is incredibly talented and has such an eye for detail. She carefully mapped out my brows, explained every step of the process, and made sure I was happy before starting. The finished result is so natural and exactly what I had envisioned – flattering and beautifully shaped. The clinic was spotless, professional and welcoming 🤍

I have known Ana for a couple of years now as she does my brows and waxing and I was excited once she started the beauty facial treatments. I am 35ys and it was my first one. I dont have have enough words to praise her. From the moment you go in, the mood is set, the amabiance, her calm sweet voice, asked me if I want to know all the steps she is working on my face or if I want to rest, I said rest and enjoy the ASMR. It was very relaxing and peaceful and almost fell asleep😅 she has soft hands and alot of patience. My treatment was Microdermabrasion facial and it was the best thing ever ❤️ Lo

Ana is amazing! I had a dermaplaning facial and it was absolutely lovely! You’d never know it was one of her first. She was so professional, gentle and made me feel completely at ease throughout. I had the RF facial lift treatment and body sculpting on my upper arms with Donna. I can already feel and see the difference in my skin after one treatment. Lorna and Donna are both Very professional, knowledgable and friendly. The experience was relaxing and informative...everything was explained during each step of the process. Having never had any treatments like this before , I can now safely say I will continue with Lux Dermal Asthetics. I'd highly recommend.

Paula was amazing, hadn't been for a wax in years due to COVID and then getting out of the way of it. Paula was very reassuring and felt very comfortable around her. We had a good laugh and conversation, like therapy session. Thanks Paula and I have rebooked and definitely recommend here for the Harley waxing.

Booked offer last minute (facial/massage) £45 usually £85 (stating 1hr 10mins.) was my first time visiting this salon . Therapist was lovely very friendly . Everything was just nice I’ve had many facials and massages over the years and this was just a “nice” last minute treat to myself . If I had booked at the original price I’d have been really disappointed but as it was nearly half price I felt it was justified. I would just say the therapist was a little under experienced and hope this review helps to tweak small changes that’s needed .
