I’ve always bought Glow Room vouchers for friends and family, but this time I treated myself to a facial with Sophie. It was my first facial in over 20 years and it was wonderful. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and glowing. After seeing the results a friend had, I then visited Abi, who is a fantastic and very knowledgeable prescriber. She immediately puts you at ease and makes you feel completely safe. To say I’m thrilled with the results is an understatement. I’ve gained a new level of confidence and it really shows. You’ve gained a very loyal customer.

Excellent Hollywood wax at the Parlour Room - such a fantastic experience from start to finish. Lovely rooms and great service. Enjoyed chatting away and completely forgot I was having a wax. Felt super quick and efficient but also a fantastic quality wax. Definitely a return customer! Couldn't recommend it more.

I saw the lovely Abi for a consultation and a lip flip appointment. She talked me through the whole thing (as i was a little nervous) and put me at ease. The results take a few days to see, but i already know i will love them!

Bethany was brilliant. It was my first time getting my chin waxed so I felt quite anxious (especially as an Autistic person who struggles with sensory issues), but she made sure I was comfortable and knew exactly what was happening each step. Will definitely come back to Bethany again!
